On May 22, New York City's Central Park was bustling with people and pets. We drank the still bottled water but New York City tap water is fine so don't feel pressure to drink the $10 a bottle water. Boasting brand new artwork, along with an artist-in-residence program, a female DJ series (Thursdays in June and July on the rooftop), and sustainable amenities, the suave Peninsula hotel reopened on June 1 to fanfare. Midtown's four-year-old Pennsy Food Hall, located at 2 Penn Plaza, between W. 32nd Street and W. 33rd Street, is shutting down. T1, US Departures (near Gate F53 & F55) 0530- 2100 daily. Lovely to see the food being cooked fresh. I've recreated this photo throughout the years -- once by myself and once when my sister and niece came to visit. The staff was extremely accommodating as well as the menu (ages 4-61). Delicious food with a variety of choices. The food is wow factor. Proper Eats is the fourth food hall on the Strip, joining the likes of Famous Food Street Eats food hall at Resorts World Las Vegas, the Block 16 Urban food hall at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Eataly at Park MGM. The Plaza launched a European-inspired specialty Food Hall created in collaboration with acclaimed chef and restaurateur Todd English. The new food hall inside the Aria Resort and Casino is home to nine new eateries that offer everything from breakfast sandwiches and smoked salmon to Korean fried chicken and Steve Aokis pizza.
